Wednesday Fitness Ride
6:30pm - 8:00pm
Every Wednesday at 6:30 and every Sunday morning at 10:00 AM, except for the first Sunday of the month.
Because all of us need a little motivation to get started and keep it going. On Wednesdays, we meet at 6:15 and leave by 6:30. On Sundays, we meet at 9:50 and leave by 10:00. We’ll travel around at a 12-14 mph clip to keep the heart going at least 45 minutes to an hour non-stop. Sometimes the Sunday rides go a bit longer. A road bike or street hybrid is recommended.
